Exit Exam

All students in Cambodia are required to take a monthly test each month and a semester exam at the end of each semester. Owing to the graduation state exam at the conclusion of the 12th year, high school is the most stressful period for all students in Cambodia. All high school students must pass this demanding exam in order to graduate and receive their diploma. Many people think that this exam defines students’ futures, which increases pressure on them and causes them to worry throughout their senior year of high school. Similarly, high school students in the US also need to pass the exit exam that is required for graduation and a requirement from the state. Both the US and Cambodia, allow students to take state or exit exams multiple times in order to get a high school diploma.
